[PSN]The Race to Prestige.

I had this idea just now - the race to Prestige.

Everyone who signs up will create a new account, as soon as I get all possible players for it I'll give a date and time that the race will begin.

You can play TEAM DEATHMATCH ONLY, non Hardcore. This makes it fair on the amount of XP earned and should make competition tighter. The first one to Prestige is well, the winner. But there are prizes for completing the following during the race;

Person with the most challenges completed.
Person with the best K/D ratio.
Person with the most amount of kills.
Person with the least amount of deaths.
Person that took the least amount of time to reach Prestige.
Person with the best accuracy.

Also to claim your place (aka finish the race) you MUST PRESTIGE. Meaning you have to be rank 1 with the Prestige badge next to your name.

We'll see how many players will sign up for this, hope this goes well

That's actually a pretty good idea, I'm always open to suggestions.

I'll change it to that actually - sniper rifle and domination only.

So its not TDM anymore? Its sniper on Domination?

Also, you say in order to claim a prize, the person must prestige. Okay, so say I have the lowest amount of deaths, and somebody else already won (as they were the fastest to prestige). I then reach my prestige...but it was after. How long after the first person prestiges do I have?

Where are these prizes going to come from?

Also, I wouldnt set a date for this yet. Rules and ironing everything out may take some time.

Depends really, I'm digging the sniper only rule though. Makes it challenging. And I'm undecided on Domination or TDM yet.

As for deciding who wins what, we'll decide after at least 2 people have hit Prestige. Then there will be a cut off date for people to hit Prestige, and they must be at least rank 50 to be eligible for the prize.

Prizes are undecided yet, I copied this from my topic in my clans' forum (where there's a point system, ergo what the prizes would be.) without consideration of the prizes My fault. We'll sort something.

I'm thinking of starting this in Feb THE EARLIEST. Should be enough time to get things sorted.

we can only do this but have to play together to confirm theres no cheating and only snipers are being used

A way for proof of only a sniper being used is by videoing the gun challenges (in barracks) BEFORE you prestige. Then video you prestiging if you like
