I don't like the Type 99 because of it's iron sight and the DP-28 because it's just ugly..
The M1 Garand is a great rifle to reduce recoil put the Flash Hider and Steady Aim on it.

The SVT-40 is one of the best rifles, when you know how to use it. VERY accurate, great range, good damage, easy quickfire (when you know how), it is shockingly GREAT, and a lot of good WaW players can agree with me.
I'd have to say the worst gun (for me) would be the M1 Garand, since I play Core.
Juggernaut was designed so that you survive take one more shot from any weapon.
Stopping Power was designed so that you would need to make one less hit with any firearm to score a kill. The game code literally cancels out the damage effects when Stopping Power or Sonic Boom hits a Juggernaut. No increase, no decrease. The damage perks are perfectly balanced against each other. If you use "a whole magazine" to kill one guy, it isn't because of Juggernaut. YOU JUST SUCK! Excuses excuses...

the m1 garand. Though i never owned waw i played alot at a friends house and that gun was awful for me...same damage as any other rifle, but more recoil, slower reload and a fire cap.....

Every gun is good if you can use it,i can use every gun mentioned here,just not as good as some others,M1 Garand owns,Bar owns,SVT-40 owns. etc.
