Everything is ok, but what about the maps without the .iwd file? I've just downloaded new map and there are any .iwd files, only .ff
Any ideas?

Are there any servers that actually run custom maps without any mods? If so please send me the IP as I have been looking for one of those for a while now.

By design any game that runs a custom map is using a mod. Or another way to put it is 'unranked'. The most basic mod is the game provided one called "modwarfare". If you exit a server that uses it the 'modern' name would be crossed out in the main menu. It is nothing more than a server configuration file but is the only way to have custom maps.
