it take me a bunch of times, but you want to have good accuracy and take advantage of firing through walls

my best is 16.7. but i found out the ease of hitting the flashbang button before you have to, since it takes time to throw, the flash goes at exactly the right time and cuts out a few seconds. add that to the accuracy bonus, and under 20 is easy
