In basketball, they use time limits to both progress the game and to make it fair. Think shot clock, 8-10 second rule to get past half court, and the 3 second rule in the paint.
What if there were "penalties" for not moving from a certain area or for not administering some kind of damage to an opposing player within a given time period. Examples of penalties could be increased weapon sway, having your position flashed on the enemy radar, or even loss of health.
Sure, things like this make the game even more complicated, but rarely does something evolve into a simpler form.
Everyone knows that there will always be a blind eye, ghost, CB.....I just dont ever see it going away. However, I'd like to see something like....if you have ghost on....your arrow doesn't show up on the friendly radar....and friendly fire is turned on for you (meaning you can take damage from your teammates).
At the very least, get rid of the freakin' silent flag caps, no callouts and whatever else the perks give you. For me, some of those are at least as annoying as the main function of the perk.
