Thread: Many dots on Red Dot Sight.

    Question Many dots on Red Dot Sight.

    Hello.
    I've been experiencing problems with the Red Dot sight and UAV.

    The UAV is showing the yellow line very frequently and it seems it is refreshing very fast, but it isn't. UAV is refreshing normally.

    On weapons with the attached Red Dot Sight are many dots shown.

    I do not use any kind of forbidden programs, no cheat things and I don't use any hacks. All the time it was without any problems and it happened today and suddenly.

    GPU: ATI Radeon 6850 (1GB GDDR5 (4200MHz))

    What do you don't get?

    I don't know how is this possible. After reopen COD4 it is okay for 10-15 minutes and then it appears again.

    That's crazy, I've never seen anything like that before...

    Have you tried deleting your CoD4 data folder completely and reinstalling?

    I didn't but now it seems it is okay. I rebooted once more and it's fine.

    That's a weird one... What are your GPU temps when the error occurs?

    I don't think it's a hardware problem. I do not go over 40°C on GPU and CPU also less than 40°C (104°F).
    It was maybe just a temporary software bug, but I didn't make any SW changes...
