Why does this happen?

when i host, say der reise, the game freezes at the launch screen. while in game sounds like: the ambience and "power levels critical..." e.c.t start playing.

on the player list it says im ready, but everyone else is stuck at: loading. do i just have to keep waiting and the game will eventually start or something?

Yeah, I was playing with him when this happened. I hosted afterwards and it worked fine... Really not sure what the problem is. :S
