Express mode saved his ass from more abuse for months. The running wasn't an issue, it was the ghost grabbing a flag and camping their spawn not capturing it. Havana was the worst. UAV, oh look flags vanished.
Then he made shotguns ignore SC, also saved lots of hate mail.
So those 2 weren't the biggest issue after June or whenever Express was added. The frame rate dropping out was never fixed.
