Too much TDM also gets a bit boring, but when we try to play Conquest or Rush, there are just too many bad team mates, and it seems like the quality of the players is decreasing.

Actually, looks like a rather small build update, just some graphical fixes n stuff. So maybe.
Well... Goldeneye Source 4.2 is out.... so maybe not. Ya'll know me and Goldeneye. If it ain't Acti, it can't be a bad thing.

Pretty sure it was Quantum of Solace - which IMHO is the absolute worst movie in the Bond series. So terrible that despite seeing it in theaters on release day, I remember none of it but one explosion. Anyways...
I had it, it was oooookay, not great. Fun, but not super fun. Really average, dont think it really had the time it could have used in development to fully flush out the game well, nor the promotion to get a good player base. The abomination and slap with a name which has now been tarnished twice Activision released last year is supposedly really good, but I absolutely refuse to play it.
Long story short, there hasn't been a great Bond FPS since Nightfire. Because that license seems to cause the publishers to go all CoD style and force stuff out the door. 007 Legends will probably suck ass. Then again, when your first preview is a clip from Moonraker you have already failed. Unless it's infinite lasers that go pew pew pew pew pew pew. lol
BTW, you guys should try GE:Source. It's just fun, particularly License to Kill with the Pistols weapon set. Something about a silenced PP7 and one shot kills...

I personally like the new ones a lot and really like Daniel Craig as Bond... really looking forward to Skyfall now actually.
Apart from Wake/Metro/Firestorm, last night was pretty awesome. Thanks to Ronin's for some more MVP ribbon and Wewt trying to troll them for being a bunch of douches. It was nice of T-Space and Tex to join us, and T-Space must be one of the nicest people ever... I was also happy for getting a great performance out of the AK, but I had the most fun with the shotguns when the hit detection was working.
By the way, if you see me Metroing sometime in the next few days and wonder "Metro? What da fuck, Trip?!" that's because Lead and his buddy invited me to come hang out a bit, though they've been playing some Rush lately, and I wouldn't be opposed to that. At least Lead prefers 32 player Conquest for Metroing.

QoS was just blah. It wasn't a Bond movie. It was just a run of the mill action movie to me. Casino Royale certainly wasn't my favorite either, but it at least was passable and showed some progress back to where Bond should be. In the books Bond is very much like Craig plays it, but I think it works better if they work him back towards the more polished character over time, which they seem to be doing with Skyfall.
I was just reading an article in a magazine about the Bond films... Goldfinger was Connery's 3rd movie. The Spy Who Loved Me was Moore's 3rd movie. Supposedly Brosnan was to start when Dalton took over, which would have made Goldeneye his 3rd movie. Never noticed that, but...
Saw a rumor (likely false, but who knows, it was a twitter image so it could have been faked, but again, this doesnt seem impossible) that the Bonus Content in August will be some BC2 maps, the 1911 S-Tac and a Desert Eagle. Sounds unlikely, but DICE did add in the expansion packs for everyone in the final BF2 patch, and the last BC2 VIP DLC was all new maps - as opposed to on disk locked content like the other VIP packs. So maps aren't out of the question, infact I'd say they are fairly likely.
It's not just a weapon or more camo, as that would be a "soldier upgrade".
I would love a DE ingame, preferably in .357, with a scoped version, and I mean an actual scope, not that 3.4 crap. I'd splooge myself over a DE w/ the regular scope model or changed appropriately, 4x zoom level and the BC2 GOL crosshairs. Serious. That would be badass.
