I think they didn't include it in MW2 multiplayer for a reason. They re-created the reaper drone into the predator missile specifically for MW2 multiplayer. Why? I don't know. But if it was in the Single player and not the multi for the same game, we can presume it was done on purpose.
It did seem ridiculously destructive in special ops
Then again, they could make it one of the highest killstreaks in the game if it is similar to MW2 version.

SP and SO had the Predator Drone, MP had the Predator Missile, different names.
So my guess is that the Reaper Drone is different.

Yeah true. But the volkarie rockets (sorry for butchering the spelling) are pretty crappy in comparison to the pred missile. The volkarie was good in theory but was pretty lame in game.
