I grew up listening to shit like this. Still do in fact (though admittedly my taste is now a lot broader). Always preferred Megadeth over Metallica, and I don't remember Arch Enemy, but the rest of them are all in my collection. Machine Head went down hill after burn my eyes though (much like Metallica after Master of Puppets - their best album imo).

Hell yea man, Ive been listening to metal since I was about 13 (27 now). I like megadeth too, mustaine is a guitar god no doubt. I still prefer metallica though just because I like james vocals better than daves (pre black album of course) but Kill Em All is there best no doubt because of daves riffs. Although post black album Metallica is pure garbage. Arch Enemy is not that old of a band, not very new either, they are swedish melodic death metal, awesome band though. Ah man you shouldnt have gave up after Burn My Eyes, unless that's the sound you like, I love through the ashes of empire, blackening and unto the locust, although I grew up on The Burning Red, which is considered their worst cd ever, but hey it got me into them so o well. Awesome Pantera video by the way, can't go wrong with them, all their stuff is golden. But yea I just like heavy music I dont really discriminate as long as it's heavy.

Depressing as hell Bolt, but very catchy. I can imagine listening to it. Lyrics are rather shallow though.



On a totally different note. This is a chase sequence song. It's Japanese, and the lyrics don't make sense at all. But it's very upbeat, and catchy. It just feels like a rush of dopamine injected into my ears.
