Leave with party?

How do you enable the option to Leave with Party on the PS3? The option is always greyed out for me. I can either Leave without Party or Cancel.

Is this a common problem or can I do something about it?

Thanks. But I've tried that. Only playing with one other friend. Either I am the host or he is, and neither of us have ever been able to successfully Leave with Party.

Its bugged for sure. I've only be able to use it when being the party host and only before we've played a game in that lobby. If we play and it gets to post lobby, feature isn't available anymore.

ya something somebody wont fix lol. ive been in a game before and have seen it disband party right in front of me. my buddies name was blue then switched to green. one of the most annoying things not to have when ure supposed to

It works for me, if you are the party leader and your party members still appear as blue you should have the option there.

doesnt work in my case as well, what results in angry teammates since the connection isnt always good either:P
