I'll give you one of each:

    Low Level:

    Weapon: M16 w/ M203.
    Pistol: M9 w/ Silencer.
    Special Grenades: Stun
    Perk 1: Special Grenades x 3
    Perk 2: Stopping Power
    Perk 3: Steady Aim

    Medium Level:

    Weapon: M16 w/ RDS.
    Pistol: USP w/ Silencer.
    Special Grenades: Stun
    Perk 1: Special Grenades x 3
    Perk 2: Stopping Power
    Perk 3: Steady Aim

    High Level:

    Weapon: M16 w/ Silencer.
    Pistol: USP w/ Silencer.
    Special Grenades: Stun
    Perk 1: Frags x 3
    Perk 2: Stopping Power
    Perk 3: Steady Aim

As you can see, my weapon doesn't vary much. It is the best/most versatile weapon in the game and you should get use to it and get good with it.

    Yes it does.
I would reccomend using bandollier on hq so you dont run out of ammo, and there is that possibillity that you will get a kill streak

Depends on if one team gets all HQ's, it can last not long. But on the other hand it can last ages if it goes alternatively. SnD is very very good if you are good at it. You either are very good or very poo, no in between. I usually get about 400-500 XP per game at a rank 33 so its very good for moving up ranks.

Don't try to get a set-up for HQ, go through all the guns (I do except for the shotties, as they are too cqc for my liking), then you will get the points for doing the guns also.

edit>For me the level dictates which gun I use, personally I think Assault Rifles and Light Machine Guns can be used on the same levels with the same results, I only tend to use my Sub-Machine guns on particular levels though, such as, Vacant, Shipment (HQ) all close quarter combat levels really, using a gun where it is most effective can only help.

Only if you are good at it and if you like it, personally I hate playing SnD and I only play it once in a while. I just prefer a faster playstyle so I stick to TDM or Domination. And if you are good Headquarters has plently of xp to offer and you will get your gun challenges done much faster then you would in SnD which is something the people fail to take into account. Gun challenged really help you out with experience and even if you are good you have a max of like 24 kills in an entire match of SnD where I can get between 30-50 in Domination or TDM.
