Little tip for you guys, if your config is how you want it then set it to read only in properties, it will prevent the game making any changes to it.

I have a mini map problem where the map covers my whole screen. I have tried to delete the config file but can't find it. I have tried to access the steamapps folder but also can't find it. Please help me, I do not know what I am doing and just want to fix the problem. Steam support wasn't particularly helpful either.

If you can't find the file yourself, try searching your whole hard drive for "config_mp.cfg" (without the quotes of course) and the right file to delete will show up quite certainly.

You need to open the config file in a text editor, the file's location and name can be seen in the screenshot.
You can also simply delete the file if you don't want to dig around (your ingame progress is not affected by doing so), the game will create a new one automatically.

Here's the setting you want to change/reset. "1" is the default value.
