So.. today i'm getting MW2 for PC. Since i don't like it in Italian (because it's do uncool), is it possible to change language to English? Please, if yes tell me how.

Open the Steam games list. Right click on MW2 (Single- and Multiplayer are separated, do all this for both), choose properties. Go to the language tab and change it to whatever you like (most likely English?). Steam will then download the missing sound files from the content servers.
