Will they patch it
I'm sure everyone who plays COD4 on PS3 has seen these hackers flying around in their games at least once, and I'm wondering if you guys think they might update the game and patch the hacks?
I've been told they might not patch it because of MW2 still being made, but I really hope they patch it, cod4 is like the only game I play.
So the question is, does anyone know if there's a patch in the future?

idk man, maybe but since no one is going to play 4 when mw2 comes out, i dont think there going to do anything for cod4, yea even i know how to ( i dont do it lol ), its easy all you have to do is bypass the patch, its all around youtube now

yea its even better than w@w, maybe infinity ward will work on it, there like gods lol, they can beat any hacker out there, if they are working on it, it shouldnt be long before its fixed

Hackers are on the rise on the PLAYSTATION Network. Most people say you can find one in a single lobby. The hackers are ruining the game for the innocent players such as myself, the innocent players will eventually get sick of hackers and stop playing the game, sure, Modern Warfare 2 is comign soon but most people will still play CoD4. We need to stop hackers now! The only way we can stop hackers is if report them all to the PSN. I ahve told most of our community that these hacks are from www.nextgenupdate.com as seen above. People are trying to persuade me to not report hackers. It won't work and I need support. If all of our PS3 community report together. The hackers stand no chance.
The main hack is called 'god mode' where the hacker can fly around the map, go under or above the map and when he flies, he cannot be killed. Another hack which is currently nameless is where a lobby of Search and Destroy starts and you all are in spector mode with a white dot in the middle of the screen. The game never starts time wise, eventually everyone in the lobby loses connection.
