Need your advice

Alright, well I need your opinion guys!
Here's the predicament.
First off, I play on the Xbox 360. Call of Duty 4. yeah.
My question is what could enhance my gaming skill/
give me the edge over the competition? Right now,
I play in the Singles tournament on GameBattles.
Magically, I'm 0-10. There's some tough cookies out
there But I am also looking for something to
possibly improve my Search and Destroy gaming.
Right now, I am using the Turtle Beachx1 Headset,
standard controller, and yeah that's about it.
Is there any products that you recommend or any
product that I should upgrade to? Here's my
financial status lol for those of you who wanna
tell me to go buy some $457249.00 doohickey.
Well, I'm a lifeguard. I work weekends, pulling in
around $250.00 every two weeks. I put about
$150-$200 of that in my savings. Yeah, maybe
that will effect your opinions lol.
Also, I would like to capture videos from my xbox.
The thing is, I'm not sure if it's just a curiousity
(spell check...) thing, or if I really want to do this.
Fact is I'm not much of an artist and I can't really
do much with my 3 year old laptop, due to it being
extremely slow and me just getting pissed and
giving up. Should I even bother wasting money on
Video Capturing equipment? Thanks for your input

if you want a cap card get the easy cap card 18$ on amazon.you got a headset only other thing would be a modded controller

yeah but I was looking at some thread, Vinman, and there was a bunch of wires and splitters that I need to buy also. It all comes up to around 40 dollars. Thanks though.

Man, I just say, practice more. There isnt really anything else you can do to enhance your gaming, you got a great headset, good controller, maybe you can up your internet speed by not downloading porn? i really dont know man :P

Really, for me, it's about the opposite. I seem to get worse and worse as I progress through the games haha. So I gotta know when to call it quits, before my self esteem hits rock bottom

You cannot record hdmi with this capture card, to do that is very expensive..

Ok so you need:
-Easycap
-2x Female splitters
-2x Red, White and Yellow Cables links are below...

then all you have to do is set it up with your ps3/xbox with your tv and to your computer and then install the software from the disk and chaaaching you can start recording.
p.s. i think the only way to record in high def is by haveing a capture card in you computer but its like £150 or $200 +
