Starscream Costume

Hey Guys, I have this project do soon about projects and I was planning on making starscream and wear it. I have looked through numerous amounts of sites and haven't found anything. Do you guys know any sites that give a step by step tutorial and has a starscream that transforms into a jet? Please help. Thank You.
