waiting for other players...help

i am playing cod 4 for a while and never had problems.now i installed new 1.6 patch and i cant play online anymore.
i create server with no problem, but when i try to join it shows the map and loads to the end. then it stucks on 'waiting for other players' - after 11 sec it says 'server connection timed out'
i have fast internet connection and ports forwarded on router, and also my firewalls are disabled.
does anybody nows something about this problem.

I have the same exact problem, now i can restore my computer to an earlier date and then reinstal the patch and it works fine but every time i restart my computer it happens all over again.
I have Windows Vista Ultimate.... SIGH....
