Is anyone else experiencing complete utter frustration with this game lately?
2 weeks ago I was doing perfectly fine but now it seems like I'm getting a ton of bullsh1t deaths and the randomness of the game is really making me frustrated.

My ratio dropped from a 2.6 to a 2.39 because of random crap that happens to me. I'll be running around and BAM killed by a guy who spawned 3 feet behind me or my knife happens to miss and it doesn't allow me to knife or shoot forever whilst the other guy just turns around and shoots my brains out.

I swapped over to a game of CoD4 TDM and FFA, in TDM I went 30-3 and FFA I went 25-2 but in MW2 I ended up going 24-13 for TDM and 30-19 for FFA...I applied my play styles(CoD4 I rush a lot, while in MW2 I take things much slower and run less, taking lots of cover, more than I did in CoD4) that I use separately for both games but I'm just getting really frustrated...

Meh...so yeah is it only me? or are any of you players getting frustrated as well?

Yea, totally agree. I turned off MW2 today with no intentions of playing it again.

Games on COD4 are +5KD or better. Amazing what happens when skill decides winner.

exactly...I'm probably going to switch over to CoD4 really soon here because the crap that is going on is pissing me off, I nearly broke my controller...I picked up my controller and threw it at the floor as hard as I could, good thing my carpet is really puffy, it absorbed most of the impact.

im buying COD4 tomorrow. I just had my first great game at 17/7 kd game on mw2. The maps really piss me off the most. Too broad to enjoy a good kill streak, let alone the dame knifing of someone and they don't die, I get killed instead. now thats BS.

Have had the same problem, or at least i showed on HBS according to the killcam and their behavior.

On topic: Im stuck in MW2 but i started enjoying it by going tactical knife with a friend, so now i just use my fall camo barret and intervention to get ghillie for the knifespam - since sniping is utterly worthless with all the random explosions and laser rifle spam.

(Worst part is, i get better scores by going knife - me and my friend went 45-6 and 75-12 type scores with knife in Team Deathmatch. I was consistently getting more kills and a better k/d ratio with my knife then with a sniper.)

Moral of the story: Just abuse everything you hate about the game to make others feel bad, i've knifed alot of people into leaving games today and camping doesn't really help them when i come from all sorts of retarded angles.

Yes, i have. I've had to keep going to cod4 when i get frustrated. Mw2 requires almost no skill at all.. BS deaths, killstreak deaths, bad teams.

yeh, its about the same, there was a guy on my team who had CAMP as his tag and trust me it was not an ironic title. It was quite funny I team killed him once and he came and tried to knife me and missed and i teamkilled him twice more.

I dont like HC I was just playing cos thats all my friend ever plays, he always gets an emergence airdrop really quickly and shares it with everyone on the team which is quite cool, its annoying he's only like a lvl 30 something and is already a beast, so we won alot of games and i did ok but its not really my thing tbh, you can camp and do really well on it which is annoying.

Ive been playing some tekken 6 offline, and some overlord 2, im kindof waiting for ff13 really, mw2 has made me decide to say goodbye to online play alltogether, thanks mw2. :)

now WaW had the quit factor i hated that game with a passion because it was full of camper and they all used the mp40 this game has the means to get around any class it just needs the right settings

if you wanna surprise a camper then use lightweight

if your being pinned down by enemy fire by a clan ninja to sneak around or a sniper to take them out from range

The thing is I constantly get bad games, and I've been applying the same play style I adapted when playing MW2. I try the best I can and still end up with scores like 20-17 because of bullsh1t deaths.

I was using a riot shield and I hit the guy but he magically knifed around my riot shield and killed me, even showed in the killcam...

I'm not saying the game is sh1t, I'm saying its gotten to the point where it's un-enjoyable now, MW2 is a good game but it's surrounded by too many noob friendly things.

i think the problem would be solved if there werent so many high vantage points. you have to check 5 directions before you step into the open. left, right, up, down, behind.

the same teams and same playstyle, you can go 25-3 and then 12-11. Its not a mobile friendly game.

That's the main reason for me----cause I have the same issues. I hope they don't bring this 'revolutionary system' to new games.

Depends bro, the game style is alot different between MW n MW2, in MW1 you could run into a room of 3-4 people n know you have a pretty good chance to wipe the floor with them but because of the power of the guns n the amount of campers around, yeh it sucks, Mw1 for life son ;)
