I didn't know where else to post this so I figured this would suffice. I have an avatar that I would like to use. But the size of it is too big. Now if it was a regular avatar I would just save it to the desktop and open it with paint and change the dimensions but I cant because it's a .gif . So does anybody know how to resize .gifs or at least tell me how to do it so I know how to in the future.

Here is the link to the avatar that I want to use.

Even if you were to resize it down to proper dimensions, you wouldn't be able to use that avatar... there's just too many frames and you'd have to condense it from ~ 2.3 meg to the (I think I read) 31 KB that the boards allowed... sorry bruh.

Let me try a few things. If I can get them to work, Ill let you know what I did.
EDIT: Ive been working on chopping this up. I gotta tell you. Its going to be WAYY less quality if I can get it to work.
